I pay all my subscriptions from my "Subscriptions" account. When I subscribe to a new service, I need to budget money, which means I need to create a scheduled payment and move money from one account to another.
It would be very handy to have a button in a transaction saying "New Payment/Create payment/whatever", which I could then use to schedule a new payment.
For example:
- I pay for a new service called "Super Service" and they deduct 5€ from my account via MasterCard.
- I would then open this transaction and select "New Payment" and define a source account with enough money and use "Subscriptions" as my target account. I schedule that now every month on the 15th.
Sure you can do all this by hand, but when doing it from an existing transaction, you already have the correct amount, probably a useful description and the correct target account. So this would save some time.
