You can't transfer money to your debit card. Bunq doesn't support this.
You can make transfers to your bank accounts. You'll need the IBAN for this. If you can make a normal SEPA banktransfer the money should be there in 1 or 2 working days.
When you make a SWIFT transfer you have to make sure you make the transfer in euro otherwise it will be bounced back. You will need both the IBAN and the BIC for this. Note that a SWIFT transfer will take a long time and cost you at least 5 euro. SEPA transfers are free of charge at bunq.
