I just upgraded to a joint account and I would like to sacrifice one of my three cards so my girlfriend can order a second card. Sadly I can’t just freeze my card and let her order an extra card. Is there a workaround? I just want to end up with 4 active cards in total, so I don’t care if my third card is completely removed.
@Martijn-Kruiten#90621 Bevriezen kan inderdaad niet. Ik meen dat het wel werkt als je een kaart definitief blokkeert. Jij kan hem dan nooit meer gebruiken natuurlijk.
Als het dan nog niet werkt moet je aan bunq support vragen of ze de kaart kunnen verwijderen uit je account.

Good question! When you Freeze a card 💳, the option to permanently block a card 💳 will appear. After doing that, a Joint member should be able to order a new card 💳
Thank you both, it seems to work! I can’t fully test it, as my girlfriend just left the house, but I’m able to order a new one for myself, so it should work for her as well.
