I've asked this through support but I was told for developer related things, it's better to post it on Together. For specific business needs, I'd like to see the address information of the beneficiaries I'm transacting with. These data have to be sent in the SEPA message (I dug a bit into the protocol, see screenshot) so bunq already has the information but doesn't currently show it in the app or through the API, probably because none of the Dutch banks do so? While living in Cyprus and France however, the beneficiary's address would always be shown in my bank accounts there.
I understand there are some privacy considerations that have to be taken here but considering you're doing a transaction with someone, you probably know the other person's address anyways? I was also thinking it could be activated upon request and would have to be approved by bunq on a case-by-case basis? It could even be implemented that just the city and country is shown, as opposed to the entire address?
I'm keen to hear what the developers think!
