This was the last update: APPLE-SA-2015-12-08-1 iOS 9.2 Hopefully you can still go to iOS 12?
Maybe you can do something with iOS 9.2 https://ipsw.me/9.2
Johan The most recent iOS 9 version is 9.3.5. Downgrading to 9.2 is not going to help anyone and upgrading to iOS 12 is not possible on an iPad 2nd / 3rd gen.
register for the Beta profile, https://beta.apple.com/sp/betaprogram/ if you have done this you should be on the latest OS version please tell me if this worked
he's on a really old iPad that only supports iOS 9. I don't see how a beta program would change that 😋
l Well using the beta program he can get onto iOS 12 since it did the some time back on my iPhone 5
Davey-Maroon-Panther Soo he could get the latest version of the App on his iPad
Davey-Maroon-Panther Pretty sure that’s not possible. iOS 12 needs a 5s. The beta program isn’t going to change that.
Davey-Maroon-Panther hmmm 🤔
If that's really true then i have to check that out. I also have an ancient ipad 🤐
Hemmik You’re right. iOS 12 requires a 64Bit CPU. There’s no way it can run on an iPhone 5... Only on the 5S and higher. In fact I think the 5’s SoC can’t even run iOS 11, but I might be mistaken on that one.
LH-Black-Wolf You are right on the this one. iOS 11 and 12 support the same lineup, which starts from iPhone 5S
LH-Black-Wolf Didn’t know this... if I knew this would never suggested it last time I did it was to update it to run on iOS 11 I thought it was still possible but thanks for pointing it out to me 😁👍🏻
iOS 10 supports iPad gen 4, which dates back to 2012. If you cannot update to iOS 10, it means your iPad is at least 8 years old. For security reasons and functionality reasons, I think it is understandable for bunq to drop support for such an old device.
