On this topic: It's now possible to remove the ad on a bunq.me page. A while ago bunq changed it for a giant, almost screen filling, ad that basically was the background for the bunq.me page. Even on their most expensive business accounts, which I find really strange.
How to fix this: If you upload a custom background for your bunq.me page, the ad wil disappear.
How to do this: Settings > bunq.me > click on your page > Personalise page > Choose photo
It will now look something like this, without the ad:
