It seems like you have had a bad experience while changing your membership. This topic has been discussed on Together and even though the screen could be clearer (just a as a tip) you should always keep in mind to double check what you sign up for, as in Terms and Conditions for example.
Anyway, I understand that you like to address some frustration because of the misunderstanding but I would kindly like to request you to see if there's a constructive way to share your feedback. I hope you understand posting in 5 different topics looks a bit like spamming.
