Additional questions about bunq Travel Card

@Wolf-Lime-Butterfly#96642 iDEAL/SOFORT payments, your IBANs, your connects, your direct debits,... bunq Travel only includes the card basically. 😉 I think bunq listened here to the many people that wanted a card in the free subscription, they got quite some feedback on that. For the other features you now have to upgrade to Premium (or Pack/Joint)

My assumption here is that you can still send money to the IBAN but that it works similar as the former subscription “bunq Basic”, the IBAN is blocked for any other usage such as sending payments, accepting direct debits, etc.

Will it be possible to switch from the bunq Promo membership to the new Travel membership? If yes, can I keep the Travel Card that I have already ordered as a Promo member?

What exactly does bunq mean with this post? When I try to order a Travel Card, it shows a €3 monthly fee (in addition to the one-time fee). So “zero monthly fees” seems incorrect..?

In die prijslijst staat helemaal niets over het Travel abonnement. Is het een verkeerde link of moet het document nog aangepast worden?

@JNTHN#96678 you pay a monthly fee when you already have three cards active. The “no monthly fees” refers to the situation where you downgrade from Premium to Travel and only have that card.

@Mark-Blue-Shark-3137357496#96679 it’s a standalone card that you can top up indeed. You can not use an IBAN with that setup. To use your IBAN you need a Premium subscription.

@smyles#96691 Als je een Premium, Business of Joint abonnement hebt is het gewoon een andere betaalkaart. Maar als je een Travel Card abonnement neemt niet. Dan heb je alleen de betaalkaart en geen bankrekening.

En het Free abonnement waar je wel een betaalrekening had (maar geen enkele betaalkaart) kan je nu blijkbaar niet meer afsluiten.
