Ah, I guess the iOS mailclient shortening the name of bunq support to BS is quite fitting then in this case. :P (pun intended, j/k of course ;))
Thanks both of you for clearing that up and for the screenshots to confirm! I also thought it was weird this would be the case and if it were the case: I wouldn't want the Travel Card, lol. Way too inconvenient.
It is of course a bit weird that the official support staff have the wrong information. I mean, it's always said that for official replies you should watch the bunq staff as all moderators are volunteers whom do not work for bunq so what bunq says is what should be considered accurate. It would be very nice if a bunq support employee would actually confirm it as well when asked - after all you do expect the employees to have the correct information, bit weird you have to get the accurate information from volunteers in an unofficial manner. :P To prevent any confusion here: that doesn't mean I don't appreciate your information or not acknowledge your information by the way, please don't get me wrong. :) Just a generic note that I'm a bit surprised the bunq staff themselves don't know this. (And it explains another weird point I got in the email response.)
But alas, this concern has been sorted now thanks to you guys - thank you for your effort and taking the time to respond/re-confirm. :)
