LH-Black-Wolf support is really wrong. You can now change the bank account from a Travel Card. Just look here:
I think it's just a confusion of speech because someone at bunq once again thought of bunq two different things the same. Just like with Joint, which often happens.
JeroenE Yes, after the extensive answer from WJanson and the screenshots from @Tim , I believe it too; and your screenshots also confirm it. For me the option to change the account still does not appear, but that will follow soon. :)

LH-Black-Wolf Perhaps you ordered the Travel Card only later? I ordered it on the day of the announcement.
I think you also need the latest version of the app to see the delivery time, card details and linked account. I believe that on iOS it sometimes helps to manually check whether there is a new version.
For iOS this needs to be done from the 'card details' screen and not directly from the card tab as with other cards. Of course you need to be assigned a card number first before this is possible, not sure how long this takes after pre-ordering.
*And the latest app version
I am a premium user and when I click on the Card Details of the new Travel Card I can see which of my accounts the card is linked to and can change it to any of my 25 accounts. Not sure what the problem is here? Yes you can link the new card to any of your premium accounts just like your other cards 👌
JeroenE Looks like there is now an option to activate the card (like any normal card) and once I did that the overwrite screen looks like the normal debit card. 👍

Tim Ahhh yes indeed, there it is. :) I indeed expected it to be beneath the card like the rest, and only looked under "Settings" rather than the Card Details. (It being under settings made more sense to me, lol - hence why I looked there.)
I can confirm I can indeed change the account linked to the Travel Card there. Awesome! Phew.
And what’s nice to see is that it also includes the dual-pin feature 😊
smyles Dual Pin is nice, but again bunq support was wrong :-(
When I asked them, they said dual pin would not be possible and now it is.
For the Travel Card-card as being part of a membership like Premium, Joint or Business it’s possible yes.
As the Travel Card membership card doesn’t have an account, or multiple, it doesn’t have the DUAL-pin feature in that case.
Tim But bunq support should have known that, right?
