Where can I find online card cvv

I tried searching before coming here but I can't find where to get the cvv from online cards within the app.

Can anyone please tell me where to find the cvv of the online virtual cards?

Ricardo In het betaalkaart menu kies je de online card. Vervolgens selecteer je de juiste online card, vul je logincode in of bevestig met je vingerafdruk en dan kan je het kaartnummer, de vervaldatum en de CVC zien.

I do that. I go to the cards menu in bunq app, select Online Card, than I go to the online card I created and I get card number, name and date but no cvv like on the other physical cards

Ricardo Is the online card maybe freezed? Do you see the card number in thedetails of the card?

Simon M Hi. No they are unfreezed. I even created a new one. I can see both card numbers and the blue button asking me if I want to "freeze this card".

I guess my app has a bug from your responses.

Ricardo Its definitively supposed to show if you tap on one of the online cards. I see it (Name, expiration date, CVC code) as well. Can't you see it on any Online Card at all? Because they all share the same CVC you see.

By the way are you on iOS or Android?

Simon M That's it. The CVC field is missing on mine.

LvH They share the same CVC, all online cards are something like handled as once. Thats correct, same CVC on all your online cards, since you're changing it.
BTW My screenshots where from iOS.

LvH I have done so, too bad the waiting time is so big. One of things that Bunq could change for Premium users.

Ricardo Looks wrong, same Account on Android 9 looks like this for me:

Maybe it is a problem of the dark mode. Have you tried to toggle it?

Simon M No it's the same. It's just language and Dark mode enabled on mine.

Ricardo I also toggled dark mode and language settings, could not reproduce it.

Deleted Cache and Data.
Reinstalled app.
Same issue.

Now I need to check with support.
