Paul-Silver-Frog Maybe I don't understand your problem well. If you create a separate bank account for your transport costs, you can easily find all these costs afterwards. You can then make a bank statement and use it for the declaration that you want to submit.
If you just have those costs between your daily shopping and such, you cannot make a specific bank statement. You have to look up all issues 1 by 1 and make a PDF of each.
The internal description of your bank account has nothing to do with it. This is only useful for yourself so that you are sure that you have selected the correct bank account for a payment.
