To give you the best possible support, we decided to work with a partner (Vanad Group). We hoped this partnership would help us to address our rapid growth across many nations and languages.
Unfortunately, their services haven’t quite been meeting our expectations. We have been working hard on resolving these with them, only to get little success. This morning, Vanad Group decided to unexpectedly stop answering support questions altogether.
Please be assured that we are doing our utmost best to bring support back to the levels you're used to receiving from us. Despite now being understaffed from this unanticipated move, the bunq team is still fully dedicated to helping you as best as we can.
During times like these, we’re proud of the supportive and enthusiastic community that we have here on Together.
