In my opinion bunq 🌈 always have set the standard for the industry regarding support. It was (and will be again) - hands down - the best. Utmost friendly and they did know their business!
In the situation where a partnership isn't working out there are no winners. So I hope bunq 🌈 will quickly be able to resolve this unfortunate situation.
