Hey John Do, it was never about the free, or expensive debate really, it was the fact that paying a premium price you expect Bunq to be the only bank your ever need. I know that it is early days and the people are investing in a service and an ethos. What happens when Bunq reaches millions of customers does this fee come down or will it be clear profit. We as bunqers all pull together with a common goal, but until I can be safe in the knowledge I will never have issues paying online, at the till and trying to pay online with my IBAN which I cannot use with french gov sites etc then I have to stick with N26 and Revolut,( which has now applied for banking licence) I truly want to pay premium and just be with Bunq but alas I will wait, I suspect this is common with others. Thank you for listening.
