Regarding our pricing, we introduced bunq Pack specifically so that if you bunq Together, you benefit. What's important to note here is that while we're in the same space as the bigger banks, our business model is different in that we do not make money with your deposits nor offer credit, which for other banks is a big source of income. We just want to offer you the best, Premium experience - and that's exactly what we're focusing on. We'll keep on adding exciting things. New products and services go hand in hand with the question about PSD2. PSD2 will force parties to open up, which in a healthy market would happen organically (but didn't unfortunately, hence we needed the legislation). So how to keep running ahead of the curve? Supplying the best user experience. And that goes beyond just our API. A few weeks back I got the question: "How will your API be still relevant when there are other banking APIs?". That's like asking how our app is still relevant with other banking apps around - and of course there are already plenty of banking apps around. We'll need to keep introducing smart ideas that click into your daily life behaviour. And since we like to surprise, you'll find out as soon as we introduce it 😄With regards to DNB: I cannot speak on their behalf. I can tell you that I was quite happy to get the phone call! 🙃
