Andreas Yes, which is dutch for me, but the titles are not.
DaveFlash that's interesting - is your Siri also set to Dutch / by any chance running iOS 13 also?
Andreas Yes everything is set to Dutch and no bèta’s here. Only good old iOS 12.
DaveFlash Interesting! We do send the translated texts to Siri. It seems to work here with a phone set to Dutch and Italian. Wondering what goes wrong on your device. Do other Siri shortcut items from other apps show up in english also?
Andreas Some do, some don’t, telegram dutch, whatsapp dutch, trein (a dutch Railway navi app) English, YouTube dutch again, prime video, also dutch
00 @DaveFlash Just checked: It's a bug in the Shortcuts app (so many bugs in that app). Siri does use the correct translation, but the Shortcuts app does not. I see multiple mentions about this, such as: https://forums.developer.apple.com/thread/108609 .
It sounds like iOS 13 at least improved this a bit.
Andreas Okay, so I guess I have to wait...
Andreas DaveFlash In iOS 13 it indeed seems to be in Dutch.
This is amazing!
You could set it via an automation to trigger a event on a certain time such as changing the account linked to a card...
Too bad there is no output of the balance in the Show Balance Of Account X... But the good news is: you can automate top up!!!
First perform the action by hand, then go to the shortcut-app and find bunq amongst the apps.
Can confirm Dutch phrases on iOS 13 (second beta) as well...
Samzoiets You can actually even do it on location basis with an automation in 13. Eg if you enter Albert Heijn: switch card to y. When you leave, switch back to x. That’s pretty neat lol.
The shortcuts app is really really improved on iOS 13 by the looks of it.
Samzoiets Custom shortcuts currently cannot do output on iOS 12 - maybe that will change with iOS 13 :)
LH-Black-Wolf And you just solved a problem I was encountering... Wanted the event in Calendar of the Albert Heijn-delivery to trigger another account to be linked to a card... But as the Albert Heijn terminal is the only terminal around here, I could just use my home location and switch it back when I leave...
I can't do this. I cannot see the desired Siri assignments in the assignment app.
I use the second public beta of iOS 13.
Rene-Pink-Turtle First go to the bunq app to enable Siri. Then do the action that you want to automate (such as linking a pass to an account).
Then go to the assignments app and search for bunq . You should now see the actions that you have just done. Go to Automations at the bottom. Choose a personal automation there and add one of the actions below that you find under the bunq app.
Samzoiets Thanks. It worked!
Now look at switching based on location.
Want to let someone know the steps to take?
Rene-Pink-Turtle That's what I've described ...
Under Travel, choose 'When I arrive', then choose a location (an address is good) and then choose the action.
Quite buggy. Anyway, it's a beta.
Andreas That would be awesome. That would solve the issue for many wanting to top-up to a certain amount. Just get the current balance and subtract that from the amount you want to end up with 🙌
Michiel It seems output values is a thing with iOS 13: will have to play with it to see how that’s going to work exactly, but it seems very promising!
Andreas Holy crab! This is some real magic!
Just the other day I switch accounts for a card 💳... but as usually I forget to switch it back ending up with a payment deducted from the wrong account 😔
Soooo... your tip is going to be very useful! 👌
