Improve usability / performance on bad networks

My suggestion is to have the ability also without a good / active internet connection to be able to use the app. Right now if that isn’t the case on the login screen of the app it’s basically infinitely loading. (If you have logout set to immediate, most secure)

Benjamin Sieweke Maar wat zou je dan willen doen? Als je bijvoorbeeld een betaling wil maken moet je dat wel kunnen opsturen aan bunq anders gebeurd er weinig.

Benjamin Sieweke offline usage seems impractical to me, you have no assurance that your balance is correct and all options in the app basically require an internet connection (maybe not card numbers, but it’s limited what you can keep offline) 🙂 I agree that on slower connections the app is quite slow, that would be a nice improvement. 👍😁

Het zou inderdaad fijn zijn als de app standaard meer data bevat en minder hoeft te laden zodat de app toch bruikbaar is bij een slechte verbinding zoals Edge bijvoorbeeld.

The app works fine on slow connections, your issue is most likelz regarding your device itself. You can use bunq perfectly on slow network, sure can take 1 minute to load. But not long at all.
