How does this feature work?
Imagine you make a payment to a merchant with your bunq card and the payment didn’t go through.
In the past, the money would be unavailable for you to use until the merchant recognized the error and refunded you, which could take some businesses up to 30 days.
Now you can undo the payment with a tap in the app, and we’ll take it from there!

How do I undo a payment in the bunq app?

- Tap on Total
- Select your payment
- Tap on "Need help with this payment?"
- Tap on "I have problems with this payment"
- Tap on "I need a refund” and request your refund ✅
