We have a joint account with 4 active cards. We got the replacement travel card in the mail today in 🇩🇪. The UI still shows that is expected to be delivered on the 21st. So it is early! Yay. But when we try to activate it, the interface is very confusing. It goes like this.... Hit activate, then enter new pin twice. Then a screen appears with a confusion options:
option 1: upgrade to premium.
Option 2: downgrade to travel card.
We don’t want option 1, but we do not want downgrade anything either.
I can’t figure out if bunq thinks we are trying to activate a 5th card... or if the downgrade option just means everything stays as it is....
I am hoping that this issue will resolve itself on the 21st. Hence I will wait 2 days before trying to activate this card again.
