The workflow for replacement cards is a bit weird. If I order a free replacement, I would expect to simply activate the new card when it arrives. Instead there is an extra step to freeze the old card first. I think if I am activating a replacement your app could just freeze the old one for me automatically - maybe tell me you are doing this.
But twice now I have got the order of steps wrong - after setting a pin and confirming the pin for the new card I am prompted to upgrade my account. Then I have cancel, freeze the old card, find the new card, activate, set the pin again, confirm the pin again, and then the card is activated.
Your beautiful attention to detail is the reason I love bunq, and I hope you continue to fuss over tiny details like this.
