[REPORTED] Wrong name/logo for transactions

Transactions made in my employer's (one of the big banks in NL) restaurant are marked as ATM. While I understand where that logic comes from, the transaction is not an ATM withdrawal so I don't see why should it get marked as that.

This new feature is really more of a bother than of help. I do understand the good intention but I so badly want to be able to switch it off!

I also dislike the fact that the supposedly better readable names kind of reduce clarity. "ATM" doesn't tell me at which bank I made my withdrawal (I know I can look it up in the details screen, but I don't want to have to do it) and "REWE" doesn't tell me at which of the about 5 REWE supermarkets in my area I paid.

same here, my recurring patreon payment is now called pantreon.com and the logo has gone:

Seems like it’s a fault in the systems of bunq that identifies at multiple locations/brands/retailers/payments introduced by bunq in preparation for bunq Update 12 and the new Insights function. The category however is correct. ;_)

Here too, most of my PayPal payments have been classified as Apple payments. Really messing up Insights as well as online PayPal purchases show up as subscriptions...

Sander Third party? This error was introducee by bunq at update 12, with the old app i didnt have the problem

DaveFlash In the morning before Update 12 bunq changed the company icon feature. It now uses a third party to provide way better coverage compared to the self built solution. 👍

P R E bunq has an email address internally. But I'm not sure whether this can be used by customers. I've also been told they're looking into a way to provide a nice way for us to Send in reportsI but if/when that makes it to the app is unknown. 🙂 but they're actively looking into it. 😁

Also the icon of "Hofer" in Austria is now replaced by a "new" one inside the bunq app. However, this is the old logo of Hofer, which was replaced a couple of years ago. Additionally, it has a bad background color, so you cannot see the outer parts of the logo.

Aldi Sued (Germany) payments are still labelled with the Aldi Nord icon, and now even the merchant name is explicitly given as "Aldi Nord" although the description clearly says "Aldi SUED sagt Danke"...

Zum Thema "Aldi Nord" habe ich eine interessante Variante - scheinbar werden selbst Bezahlungen in den Niederlanden beim Aldi-Markt als "Aldi Nord" "erkannt".
