Heda Well if a company is so afraid of client disappointment that they don’t communicate at all to prevent it, then that feels really rather fragile... And doesn’t inspire any confidence in the product (nor confidence from Bunq in their customers) IF that is the excuse... With no offense.
Besides, there is a difference. “We hope to add an Apple Watch, and if we are going to: hopefully by Mid 2019. We can’t promise anything” versus “We are going to make an Apple Watch App and it will be released in June 2019”.
In the first scenario, the problem you describe should be non-existent or at least have a very low impact as people already knew it wasn’t definitive.
But eh, we can exchange messages on this opinion and excuses all day of course in an attempt to find a compromise or eventually agree to disagree, but it’ll be branded as off-topic and not supposed to be discussed on Together at all in no-time, so I’ll just leave it at this and thank you for your input. :)
