I got the same issue, on both my iPhone and iPad (and the same bunqDesktop error as well).
Smit-Deutekom-BV Nicky please report it to email@example.com . 🙂
Michiel-R have you checked your auto logout settings? Chances are that it is that institution. 🙂
I have the same problem. And more worryingly, the app opens without faceid (iPhoneX) or password!
Sander That is indeed at 5 minutes. But shouldn't it be that if I close the app (by swiping it up) I have to log in again?
Sander I have reported it :)
Edit: bunq is aware of it, see also their Twitter message.
Michiel-R your session will still exist on bunq's servers. If you want to logout explicitly you must do so by holding the Profile button and choosing "Logout". 🙂 But that's not related to the (meanwhile fixed) problems of this morning. 🙂 (it works as intentional)
Same here. App version 12.0.1 on iOS 12.4.1. Crashes on loading the events page or some (not all) of my accounts screens. It makes the app unusable, so I hope the developers are able to quickly get around this. Good luck! 🚀👍
Obi-Blue-Puma Me too, it started from yesterday night
I have the same problem on a Samsung S9 with Android 9. The app doesn't seem to crash when there's no internet connection, so there's probably a bug in the communication between the app and the server.
Same issue here, iPhone xr and every time I try to open my main account the app crashes. Others accounts open without any problem, it’s just the main account or events tab.
I do not have issues on my Samsung S8 (Android 9) and bunq app version 12.0.3
bunq is aware and working on it as we speak. Let's hope it will be resolved soon.
had the same problem since midnight. Seems to be fixed now, guess there was something wrong in the backend. Thanks for the fix Bunq
Thanks for reporting this! Yes this was a bug that affected some of our users, but it's since been fixed and everyone's apps should be working normally once again. 👍
Thanks again for your patience during this and happy bunqing. 🌈
Sander Thanks for the clearifacation on this! And everything works fine again 👍🏻
For the Samsung Galaxy s9 check first if you have developers option enabled: if you do make sure the following 2 lines are turned of as they may be the cause a crash:
"Enable view attribute inspection"
"Force activity to be resizable"
