Hi 👋
bunq is aware and working on it as we speak. Let's hope it will be resolved soon.
Tim
had the same problem since midnight. Seems to be fixed now, guess there was something wrong in the backend. Thanks for the fix Bunq
Hi everyone,
Thanks for reporting this! Yes this was a bug that affected some of our users, but it's since been fixed and everyone's apps should be working normally once again. 👍
Thanks again for your patience during this and happy bunqing. 🌈
Michiel your session will still exist on bunq's servers. If you want to logout explicitly you must do so by holding the Profile button and choosing "Logout". 🙂 But that's not related to the (meanwhile fixed) problems of this morning. 🙂 (it works as intentional)
Sander Thanks for the clearifacation on this! And everything works fine again 👍🏻
For the Samsung Galaxy s9 check first if you have developers option enabled: if you do make sure the following 2 lines are turned of as they may be the cause a crash: "Enable view attribute inspection" "Force activity to be resizable"
