Hans As you are saying, it is hidden somewhere, what a stupid mistake of Bunq. And they haven’t even answered you in the past six months, again prove that their aftermarket service really s...s.
Even if it is a mistake, let's be polite and not call it "stupid". There are people working behind the scenes, not insensitive robots. And your claim that their "aftermarket service really s...s" because bunq doesn't answer here on Together doesn't hold either. Their aftermarket service is not the problem here, the question was asked on the wrong channel when you expect an answer from bunq. This is the community forum, where you can talk to the community. Only in exceptional cases bunq replies here. To talk to bunq you should contact their Support 💬 team. Can you please watch the way you express your feedback? You probably don't mean it as it comes across, but you should realise that the people (that are working their behinds off) can actually take offence in their efforts being called "stupid mistakes" and "their service s....s". Our Community Guidelines ask you to phrase feedback constructively and politely, please do so.
Hans Anyway, could you please tell me where I can find the exchange rates list?
You get exchange rates when you request a quote to send money in another currency than euros: see https://together.bunq.com/d/5166-how-do-i-use-transferwise-to-send-a-payment-in-another-currency/2. Or, if you go to the cards tab, you'll find a map-icon 🗺 in the top right corner. Then you get the Travel Assistant which also displays exchange rates for the local currencies.
Hope this helps. 👍
