Hey,
I like the idea behind the Travel Assistant, but in my opinion it is still well hidden when you're abroad. Also the notifications are really unreliable for me, I sometimes get them 3 times while I'm just walking through the city, sometimes I don't get them at all.
So my idea would be some sort of "Travel Mode" in the app, that automatically get's enabled when you are abroad! Some ideas for this travel mode:
It could show the account balances in the local currency as I asked for it here already:

It could give me "tips" like "you have to enable your cards here".
And a nice shortcut to the Travel Assistant page from the country I'm in would be nice. Currently I always need to open the app -> go to cards -> click on the map -> click on the country I'm in, just to convert the currency..
Travel History. Showing me my payments / insights from my trips, when I did this trips and how much I saved.
In terms of the design it could be implemented like the IBAN in clipboard detection, with a little banner on the bottom.
