Refund shown as payment in notification?

Not sure if this has been posted yet, but the notification for incoming refunds (“retour pinbetaling”, though to a MasterCard) says it’s a payment. (“Payment of <amount> to <company> from <account>”) So you’re like “wtf I didn’t order anything”, whilst it’s actually a payment made to you.

I've seen someone (@Jeroen 🏳️‍🌈?) posting a comment but not a topic yet. Looks very confusing! I've added the bug tag here.

It's also a good idea to report this bug directly through the help tab, this way it's processed correctly to the developers.

You can manually go there through Help > I have a question > Report a bug > My bug is not here.

Even though there is a topic doesn't necessarily mean it's been reported to bunq. I get what you mean..😅

Ironically also encountered a bug trying to report the bug that way. When you open the form and tap the 2nd field, the whole form starts tripping and the app crashes eventually unless you type something. Reported that as well :P

I think I have the same problem it says: "A gate retail" but it reports it as a payment from your side and I haven't authorized such payment.

Krasen You can check, in the overview of all transactions it does show up properly as in- or outgoing payment.
