I have a minor improvement suggestion for the support flow.
Current situation
I noticed a little flaw at the end of the support flow, when you get to choose between Private chat or Together. It isn’t very clear what Together is in my opinion. The button that sends you to Together says ‘Ask the bunq community’ and when you press this you immediately get send to the page where you get to type your question.
Why I think this is a problem
This means you don’t get to see the list of questions that have already been asked and you don’t get to search through these existing topics to see if you can already find the answer to your question there.
I also think this contributes to the fact that sometimes people seem to be unaware of the fact that Together is a forum and not another way to contact bunq.
So, how would I improve this?
I think it would be better to send people to the Together “homepage” first. This way, it’s way more clear that you are on a forum, which gives you the option to go back and choose Private Chat instead. Also, you see that there are already many topics and maybe that encourages people to search these before opening a new topic. This prevents duplicate topics AND answers the question faster (since you don’t have to wait for someone to respond).

Oh and I also think the way to the moment you get to choose Private Support is way to complicated and long, but that’s not what I wanted to focus on in this topic. That’s a different discussion, for another topic I guess 😉Good night all!
