I think the best thing you can do is to ask bunq Support via Help.
If it is a normal SEPA transfer it would just take 1 or 2 business days.
But more importantly, banks could deny such payment for compliance reasons. It could also be a reason for temporally freezing an account. All bank are legally required to know (within reason) where payments are coming from and if they are legal. And in general online casinos 🎰 are a risk for banks in that regard. Of course there a many legal casinos out there, so not all of them are risky.
Not trying to scare you, but just wanted to point out the worse case scenario.
