Johannes 🇦🇺 But when you go to https://www.bunq.com/en/pricing, and click on "Fee Information Document", you get a different document (https://www.bunq.com/assets/media/legal/en/20200210_Fee_Information_Document_Premium_EN.pdf), and this one includes almost all the costs, but not AutoVAT.
I think this is because the "Fee Information Document" is a standardized, internationally recognized document, and doesn't contain the features that other banks don't have. But the "Fee Information Document" contains this text:
"Fees may also apply for using services linked to the account which are not listed here.
Full information is available in Pricing Document in www.bunq.com/legal."
When you follow that link, you get to a page with 18 different links, and one of these links is "Pricing". This is the document you refer to.
So, to get to the AutoVAT pricing, these are the steps:
- Go to bunq.com
- Click on Info -> Pricing
- Click on the "Information Fee Document"
- In this pdf file, you have to notice not all prices are listed in this document, and there is more at bunq.com/legal (on the first page)
- You have to follow the link in the pdf file to https://www.bunq.com/legal
- Then you have 18 categories, and you need to click on the "Pricing" category.
- Then you download a second pdf with 11 pages, and there somewhere the AutoVAT price is listed.
I think it's very difficult to find.
