We both love bunq 🌈... but you are 100% right here. I’m just going to say it like it is: bunq failed big time in their response to this. And I also disagreed with locking your previous topic. This all sends out the wrong signal to us users and kills any adult and professional discussion on Together.
You can look at this from any angle humanly (or dogly) possible, but you can’t read those 2 extra months any differently then simply getting another additional months.
For me it isn’t about those two months, but the whole way they handled this and communicated. This isn’t how you should thread your loyal users. I truly believe bunq didn’t meant to upset us, but it sure did have that effect, at least on me.
I hope bunq learned from this and still finds a better way to make an apology for this (or two months 😉).
Again, I still love bunq 🌈... but today I’m disappointed.
