Am I eligible to participate?
This promo is available to any bunq premium users who are over 18, have a Dutch bank account, and who have not yet enabled the Dutch Switch Service on their account. Please note that in order to be eligible, the account you receive your salary on must match the account you’re requesting to switch from.

How do I enable the Switch Service?

Does my other bank account need to be Dutch?
Yes, since this service is only available for people who already have a bank account registered within the Netherlands, you’ll only be able to participate if you have an account with another Dutch bank.
When can I participate?
You will need to request the Switch Service between the 14th of April and 14th of May to be eligible to win.
When will the winners be announced?
We will announce one winner per week on the 17th, 24th of April and on the 1st, 8th and 15th of May. This means that the earlier you enter, the more chances you have to win!
How many times can I enter?
Entry is limited to an individual basis (so enabling more than 1 new Switch Service will not give you more entries). You will remain eligible to win once.
How can I prove my monthly income?
Once your Switch Service is active, our winners will need to provide their March or April 2020 payslip using the support chat within three days.
We will double your net salary (excluding reimbursements) for the month of April up to the value of €5,000.
Do I have to confirm my participation?
If you are one of the lucky winners, we will let you know via both email and an in-app message!
All you’ll need to do is to confirm your participation in our support chat before 15:00 CET on the same day!
