That's a very tough nut to crack. It's impossible to contact studielink about this matter directly, as one should always contact their university. I would suggest to contact your university to ask them to change your IBAN manually and perhaps also ask them if they could inform at studielink why not all banks are available in the list by completing the signup online. Because they do allow communication between universities and studielink.
