Yes that's correct, at least for the moment. It's a restriction on how things work from the insurance provider's side, and we'll always look to expand that if we can!

Dus Joint is er niet meer? Great... heb ik net vorige maand het hele gezin omgehaald om naar bunq te gaan. Ze vonden het steeds te duur, maar met joint zouden ze het wel willen. Eindelijk alles omgezet, worden we keihard gepakt door dit abonnement te verwijderen -_- Nu is bunq dus nóg duurder geworden.

Dit gaat echt te ver. Die abonnementen slaan nergens op. Kom weer eens met nieuwe features waar we wat aan hebben aub.

Typical bunq, seems you are introducing something new yet we notice in the weeks following such an announcement that stuff was dropped as well. Where is the "bunq is dropping joint" announcement?

Really annoying when you have been trying to get your wife to drop her bank and join you in a joint account. Thanx guys. I think that in the first time in my life I am actually getting afraid of the changes that are coming in the future of a service...

Eens, ik ga ook op zoek naar een andere bank. Wat een ellende, een bank die om de paar maanden de boel veranderd en vooral duurder maakt. Ik wilde net een joint account voor mijn gezin beginnen vandaag maar ben gelukkig net op tijd om wat anders te zoeken.

Trans-op is groot geworden omdat ze betaalbaar waren met top service en geweldige producten.
Ik had gehoopt dat bunq dit ook zou worden. Maar de chat is traag, vragen worden niet goed gelezen en afgeraffeld, de prijzen zijn Mega hoog aan het worden en er zitten steeds minder unieke features op.

1) Is the Zapier integration and the receipt scanning now also available for Personal Premium SuperGreen customers? (I think it was only Business users before.)

2) Is the 2.5% for receiving requests/bunq.me payments paid with credit cards on top of the fees that the sender pays? (Or did that exist before already?)

3) What do prices look like if I want a second Metal Card as a Premium SuperGreen customer? Probably I'm stupid but I don't really understand the pricing document there.

Du bezahlst dann 9 Euro mehr pro Monat als bei der normalen Premium-Mitgliedschaft, aber eine Metall-Karte ist enthalten. Nur wenn du die Mitgliedschaft nach weniger als 12 Monaten wieder kündigst oder downgradest, musst du die Differenz zwischen deinem bezahlten Betrag und 129 Euro zahlen. Wenn du mehr als 12 Monate lang die SuperGreen-Mitgliedschaft behältst, bezahlst du für die Metall-Karte nichts extra.

I had a joint subscription and according to the FAQ it now has been automatically converted to Premium SuperGreen (first 3 months at no extra charge). If I go to the settings, it says Premium (not SuperGreen). Am I going to pay €7.99 or €16.99 after the 3 months have passed?
