MJam You may have the wrong vision of a bank. They are dealing with money and they make profit out of people deposits. A bank should be accessible, especially one that names itself: Bank of the FREE.
Extra costs come from other features, often NOT requested by the entire community, forcing all to have that cost.
FREE is very misleading and for bunq means free of choice. But they never say that clearly, who knows why ahah I think I have an idea ;)
