Too bad they haven't already included these in the weekly update.
Wonder what’s taking so long to resolve this issue. It’s actually surprisingly annoying having a new account all the way at the bottom, without the option to move it :p
R Any specific instructions to reproduce this? Or does it just not work for a specific subset of users?
Jakob-Y I’m using the latest version on iOS. Created a new account a few weeks back and since then I cannot move my account. They will simply appear a bit transparent for a bit and then move back
Same issue here, you can drag the accounts in the correct order. But on release it stays for a sec and jumps back. On desktop by the website it is not just possible at all.
So bug alert...🚨
Can confirm, bug is still present! Latest version on iOS.
wesselt I sleep just before the big preview comes. It just stays with me.
Also have this bug now, and can swear it worked fine for me until recently
Same problem here. iOS 13.5, bunq app version 13.15.1. iPhone XR.
Jup, the same here. On a (new) iPhone SE.
Same here, jumps back after reordering. iPhone 11 iOS 13.5
It also doesn’t work for me anymore, iPhone 11 latest version
I have the issue for five weeks now on both my iPhone and iPad as well as on the devices of my wife. Strange thing is that changing sequence of accounts on my business subscription works as it should.
This happens when you have a connect or joint account; it's not iOS only, the same thing happens on Android
Andreas It remains special. I work with iOS latest version iPhone XR. I have shared almost all accounts with my wife. I can move all accounts and they will remain
Andreas I don't have a joint or connect account, just premium, but for me the sort order also doesn't stick.
Andreas I have multiple Joint accounts, but for me sorting works fine. Is it only for newly created accounts?
Jakob-Y I wonder. I've created my bunq account about a month ago. So did my wife.
