Before we continue, this is not a bunq announcement. Just a side-project I launched 😊.
Launching today: bankflow (if this, then that).
What is bankflow?
bankflow allows you to add triggers and actions (a flow) to your bank accounts. A trigger could be an incoming payment or a specific incoming payment. The actions currently supported are transferring a specific amount of money or a percentage of the incoming payment.
Saving 21% on every incoming invoice
I saw a lot of users wanting to automagically save 21% on every incoming invoice payments. That’s now possible 🙌
1. Create a trigger. You can filter on ‘invoice’ in the description to exclude other payments.
2. Create an action to transfer 21% of the incoming payment to another bank account.
Save your ‘zorgtoeslag’ to a separate bank account
Want to prevent yourself from spending all your ‘zorgtoeslag’ in one go? Create a flow to transfer the entire amount to a separate bank account and let your health insurer debit from that account.
1. Create a trigger. You’ll want to filter on ‘Zorgtoeslag’ (or something similar, check your last statement).
2. Create an action to transfer 100% of the incoming payment to a separate bank account.
Or anything else
The sky is the limit, make up any flow that's useful for you. You can also share your workflow on Together to let others know of useful flows 🙌
bankflow is launching as a private beta, with room for 100 users. Signing up now will get you free access to the project for as long as the private beta stands.
During the private beta the project will only have draft payment access. This means you’ll need to approve actions. (For security purposes).
