Why do you have a new app design?
By closely listening to our users and thanks to all your suggestions, we identified a great many improvement points. We dove into them and worked hard to offer you the best experience available today.
Where can I find my sub-accounts and payment overviews?
Simply tap on “Home” on the home screen. Select the sub-account of your choosing and you see all the transactions and events for that sub-account. Super easy!
How do I make/request a payment?
You can make or request payment under the “Home” tab. Select the sub-account of your choice > tap on the Pay button or on the Request button > That’s it!
How do I manage my cards?
You can manage your cards from the ‘Home’ tab, Tap on ‘Cards’ > Choose the card you need to check.
How do I contact Support?
You can contact our Support team from Profile, when you tap on the ⚙️ Settings button and select "Support Center".
How do I login on a different user account?
Simply go to the Profile tab, tap on the settings button at the top, select User Accounts and choose to Add a New User Account.
