I am currently applying for a business account. Unfortunately, there were some issues. I got told to re-apply, but I couldn’t because my email was still in use in the ongoing application.
I pointed out that I did provide the documents that were wanted. And I also I asked for more information on how to re-apply. The answer was provided. BUT, when in the application proces, I can not see the previous question and answer when the employee marks my question as answered. So, I could only see the first few words on my phones preview notification. And that didn’t provide any answers.
This is very annoying, since the whole application proces should’ve only taken 24hours, and it’s starting to add up.
Could anyone please give me the answer how to proceed, or tell me if my application is being picked up again automatically?
