Matteo I'm one of those green busybodies, sustainable energy this, waste-free that, and even I totally hate the in-app self-advertising and guilt-tripping! For Pete's sake, I volunteer for a green org, I don't need my banking app to sacrifice 1/3 of my screen space to a bunch of counters I have no way of turning off...
I'm really sad about this 'update', makes no sense at all. If they indeed break V2 working, I'll switch to another bank because the easy UI and 21st century features was the reason I loved this bank and promoted it to my family and friends.

Wat een drama die nieuwe app. Alsof ik een marketing app heb geinstalleerd met die rare "Us" tab. Kan mijn gedeelde rekeningen niet meer zien, geen idee hoe ik support moet contacten en via social media blijft het angstig stil.

Voor het eerst dat ik op mijn ipad snel auto update apps heb uitgezet, nadat ik de nieuwe app op de telefoon heb gezien....volgens mij slaat bunq de plank volledig mis.

I agree with Tristan. If this is not fixed within a couple of months I leave Bunq. A rollback to V2 is also fine. If you pay a premium price you may expect a premium service. Now I have to explain to my 8 year old son that the account we use for his savings and his money are not vanished, that it is a bug.

Nothing amazing about this update. Its a complete UI failure. How did this happen? Did someone actually beta this interface and said yeah pressing a + button on account screen to make payment is a good idea 🙄

The topic start only mentioned "Joint accounts don't show up (Android)", but business accounts are also missing in the api & card transactions are failing with the message that the card is not active (while it is).

which card type is which? There’s no indication/color legend/filter. I’d be left guessing if I didn’t leave the names standard.

Dear Bunq, I have not updated to V3 on purpose as I have tried it on my partner’s phone and don’t want it. I have already asked how long I can keep using V2, as have others, to which I have only read the standard response in image. This does not answer the question. Could you please let me know how long V2 will remain active, so I know how long I will want to stay with Bunq?
