I did switched a couple of weeks to another bank but cameback to Bunq(business account) Icancelled the aitomatic transfer to that other bank and they confirmed 2 days ago that the account was closed.
I was horrified to discover that a couple of payments I made yesterday directly to suppliers were also today transferred to that other bank which account is closed to pay these suppliers again!
The money has been withdrawn but apparently not in that other bankaccount as it is closed.
Where is the money ?
When will itbe refunded inmy Bunq account?
How can I stop this occuring again?
This is very annoying and embarrassing for my business. Your urgent help wouldbe appreciated.
