My business partner has received invite but can’t view account

Does he need an extra membership? He is co owner, so should be able to view the account on his app. How to set up?

The co-owner needs an account where he can accept the invite. It's important the same email address or phone number is used for the director invite and the account signup. A Travel membership will suffice, this membership has no monthly fees.

The other director can manage his subscription under Profile > ••• > My membership.

Inviting 'employees' as a bunq +1 (for €2,99 per month) is only for accessing 1 monetary sub-account and therefor not ideal for a co-owner of a Business. You should be able to invite a co-owner under Profile > ••• > Security and Settings > Co-owners. A co-owner gets access to the full Business account and all it's monetary sub-accounts.
