How to make an official complaint about the updated app.

Bunq should realize it is not a startup anymore. You cannot force business users to use a major changed application. I need to pay my bills, employees and taxes on time. How to do that if the UI is changed (without choice).

I’m using 2 business accounts, and 1 personal account, and I’m really disappointed with the new app.

Paul What is an "official" complaint? A letter to the Dutch queen? The official way to contact bunq themselves is the Support Chat in the app or through the e-mail support@bunq.com -- there you can in theory also just voice your opinion.

Maybe using https://bunq.app would be helpful in your case? You can make payments through the web interface, and there nothing has changed UI-wise.
