D. Greebe Dat kan je al zien. Open de rekening, klik op instellingen ( 3 puntjes rechtsboven bij ios of radertje bij Android). Volgens mij zie je het bij ios dan meteen staan, bij Android moet je nog even op deel een rekening klikken.

D. Greebe Als je op het wieltje klikt zie je een menu. Daarin staat de optie toegang gebruiker, kan misschien per taal verschillen, als je daar op klikt moet het lukken. Bij mij werkt het in ieder geval. Nieuwste update en telefoon opnieuw opstarten deed het voor mij.

Well from my perspective at first time seen this V3 update was feeling wierd just 1% but I had to learn where am I able to see the details about my cards and the rest of all information I was used to before updating the entire application. I feel great about it already because of the new year, changing the way it was to a better experience it means a lot to take in and it should be like this: It is very easy to hate and quit but I will not quit BUNQ just because they want to bring us all something NEW on the table. Keep rocking, keep updating, keep changing. I am very positively thinking about this V3. I will keep supporting you guys. Bank of the Free it is not supposed to be about only one update and that is it. It is about getting a bank, opening an bank account online, no hassle about having official registration address in Netherlands, or having a dutch Identity Card or anything like that. People their talk, their opinion... . They should report the problem to the Support center and wait for a new update that it will fix the problem and not giving up on you. This system is all about mutual respect, patience and believing in impossible together with Bunq Bank of the Free will. Love you guys. I do believe in good changes! bunq Ik zie niet zo scherp en vooral op de telefoon is de nieuwe app onbruikbaar. Sommige fonts schalen mee, sommige niet. Ik heb mijn letters vrij groot staan zodat ik ze kan lezen maar de vormgeving houdt er geen rekening mee, alles schuift over elkaar heen. Onbruikbaar en niet conform toegankelijkheidsvereisten! De basiskleur zwart is ook zoiets, voor mij echt nauwelijks leesbaar. Graag rekening houden met dit soort basisdingen alvorens de zoveelste te planten boom centraal in mijn scherm te plaatsen...

Those saving goals really made my day when introduced by Bunq. And v2 had some nice features which I cannot seem to get going on v3. For example, to exclude the amount of money in the saving goals from Total. And first and foremost, to not see the amount of money in each of the saving goals in the main screen on my android (ios seems to show the circles in stead).

Other issues: a notification of a message from support I've read and clicked over and over won't go away. I would love to tap on an account and link a card, but linking the cards is only available through cards.

God this update is awful, not only badly designed but also full of bugs!

I can no longer copy the IBAN from the appz share button does nothing.

Cards section is particularly bad, can't even tell online cards from plastic cards unless I open each individual card, also no way to permanently delete a blocked card!

Easiest fix at this point is to completely roll back to the old design.

Yesterday I found out that I can't create a new savings goal with a Co-Owner anymore which sounds like a bug to me.
Left an existing shared savings goal, and on the right the new one I created yesterday without option for a Co-Owner.

Besides that I also have some design suggestions.
- Reuse the circles for quick actions since almost nobody is happy about the trees/CO2 and time saved (these can also move to profile tab).
- Move the "bunq plus" button to the bottom so that is not overlaying the view.
With this keep the selection bar at the bottom visible in every screen for quick return/access to Me, Us, Profile and Camera.
- Split the total and event view, I personally would like to be able to select the accounts for the total view (different from the displayed accounts as it is right now)
I would like to see all personal and shared accounts in the overview and in events, but for example see only my personal accounts in the total tile.

The round circles I would like them to be customizable.

Making and requesting a payment can easily be done by long pressing the account (on iOS) > no need to select the account when using one of the other buttons.

Robin Ja bij wieltje zie ik dat maar ook bij aantal heb ik dat niet. Die zijn dan gedeeld maar wil graag weten met wie.. kon ik vroeger heel goed zien.

Sorry, maar als dit zo’n enorme verbetering is dan mis ik zeker iets? Hoe het echt beter kan; voortborduren op de vorige layout. Dit nieuwe is gewoon waardeloos en dat zwart is verschrikkelijk. Jammer.

Wanneer ik het pas limiet op Android wil wijzigen dan zweeft er in het scherm een toggle waarbij vermoedelijk de tekst is weggevallen.

I'm finding the new app much, much harder to navigate. Have been looking for the support feature for 15 minutes and can't find it! Feels like a big step down, I'm sorry to say.
