I opened a new business account a few weeks ago.
For personal reasons I have not used and will not use this account, but it has -9.99 euros in the account which makes it impossible to close it.
I don’t want to pay this fee because I was never informed about the subscription fee during the registration process, and I have not used the account at all.
What can I do? Is there any penalties if I just leave it so it gets automatically deactivated?
