I have a notification dot at the 'me' page that keeps showing a '2' badge. How can I remove this?

Maurits Selbst wohl gar nicht. Ist wohl ein Bug. Selbst wenn der Support es entfernt, tritt der Fehler wieder auf.

I have the same problem. I had 3 events for direct debits that I had to confirm. They were there for a day or two.

Now I confirmed all of them. The events inside the app are gone. Everything looks clean and read. No responses in support either.

I still see the red (3) badge on my Bunq app on my iPhone homescreen.

Is this a bug?

Yes, its a bug. They can remove it serverside, just contact support and they’ll do it for you.

Hope it gets fixed soon as it’s really annoying

Apparently the workaround to solve this for now:
- Go to your ‘Me’ tab
- Tap the ‘Totals’ button to show all transactions and events on one screen
- Pull down to refresh
- Go back to ‘Me’ tab

This fixed it for me. The notification badge is gone.

If you have multiple ‘Totals’ because of merged business profiles you might have to tap those as well.
