[FIXED] How do I get my archived account back?

Tim Hii! Bedankt voor uw reactie. Waar moet precies heropen rekening staan? Ik klik op de rekening en dan kan ik rechts bovenin klikken op 3 stipjes maar daar staat het niet bij vermeld

Danielle Het zou in dat geval helemaal onderaan moeten staan. Indien dit niet zichtbaar is kan ik je alleen aanraden contact op te nemen met support. Dit kan onder Profiel > ⚡️ > Support Center. Het is wel erg druk op de afdeling dus wellicht krijg je morgen dan pas antwoord. 🙁

Hier hetzelfde. Gaat om een joint rekening. Gisteren stond hij nog in overzicht, nu is hij opeens gearchiveerd. Zie ook nergens optie om hem weer te activeren. Beetje bizar dit @bunq!

My joint account was disconnected too and does not show up in the archive. I need to pay bills with the money that's on there. This is an unacceptable issue!

We got an update from the team responsible. If the archived sub-account is a joint one, please contact the co-owner of the sub-account. They can unfreeze ❄️it from their app 📱

This bug seems to be intentional, as my girlfriend doesn't have a paid Bunq account so I read this is the reason why this account is now archived. I can understand this for the Shared accounts that we have, but for the Joint Account this doesn't even seem legal to me. I don't have access to my money and as many others, this account is used to pay my rent and utility bills. How am I going to do that now, as all direct debits for this account will likely fail?

Wacht al 4 dagen op een oplossing voor soortgelijk probleem. Onmogelijk om in een account in te loggen terwijl er nog geld op staat. De rekening was geconnect maar die is hard verbroken. Als je het als bank onmogelijk maakt voor klanten om over hun eigen geld te kunnen beschikken ben je dan niet je eigen bestaansrecht om zeep aan het helpen?

Hi everyone,

If you do not have access to a Joint sub-account anymore, make sure that both of the legal owners have an active bunq account, you can only unfreeze a joint account in this case.

If you do not want to use your joint sub-account or bunq anymore, both of the legal owners need to be active on bunq, unfreeze their joint account, transfer the funds and close their account.

However, we're still working on a another way around, we'll keep you posted!
