I was given one month free subscription to Premium after I switched to Travel a few months back. At that time I was told that it is not necessary for me to continue using premium and it will switch back to Travel once my free trial ends. But I just checked and I have the premium invoice due for the last month. Can you please explain why I have an invoice due and why did it not switch back to travel after the free subscription ended?
