Dear Bunq team, I cannot make any transactions anymore and it looks like my account subscription is not active nor I cannot send any messages to your support team. To be honest I am worries as I made yesterday a deposit and cannot get access to my money.

I opened a Bunq business account and when I try to make transactions I seem go get the same error “subscription not active” (while it definitely is part of the bu q pack)
I also receive error messages when I try to upload verification documents
